Job summary

ProMedica Physicians Group (PPG) is seeking an Acute Care Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Cardiothoracic Surgery team at Toledo Hospital. The role emphasizes preventive care, patient education, and collaboration with healthcare teams to provide personalized care.

The position involves 4–10 hour days per week with every 5th weekend rotation, office visits, and rounding at Toledo Hospital. Epic EMR knowledge is required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree for Nurse Practitioner applicants (MSN or DNP).
• Master’s degree for Physician Assistant applicants.
• Valid and unrestricted medical license to practice where care is provided.
• Current AHA certifications (BLS, ACLS, PALS, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Provide acute care NP/PA services in Cardiothoracic Surgery.
• Office visits and rounding at Toledo Hospital.
• Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and staff to deliver care.

Physician Assistant
