Job summary

ProMedica Physicians Group in Toledo, OH is seeking a Physician Assistant or Acute Care Certified Nurse Practitioner to join Internal Medicine. You will deliver patient‐centered care, perform exams, diagnose and treat, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality outcomes.

The role supports 7 on 7 off scheduling with a mix of weekdays and weekends, and requires state licensure, AHA certs, and ongoing CME participation.

Qualifications

• Master of Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing (DNP) required for NP applicants.
• Acute Care Certification for NP applicants; PA applicants need a related certification.
• Current, unrestricted medical license in state of practice; US CME eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient care across Internal Medicine services.
• Perform assessments, diagnoses, treatments and follow-up for adults 18+.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with a multidisciplinary team.
• Educate patients on preventive care and chronic disease management.
• Collaborate with physicians and APPs to ensure high-quality care.
