Cambridge Health Alliance (CHA) is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant to work per diem in the OB/GYN department at Cambridge Hospital. The PA will provide inpatient care, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and participate in maternity services, L&D, triage, and operative cases.
Candidates should be committed to serving diverse patient populations. The role involves 12-hour shifts, including nights and weekends, with a per diem compensation rate of $96.28 per hour.

Our system consists of three hospital campuses and an integrated network of both primary and specialty care practices in Cambridge, Somerville, and Boston’s Metro North Region. CHA is a teaching affiliate of Harvard Medical School (HMS) and Tufts University School of Medicine.
Candidates must demonstrate a strong commitment to serve our underserved, multicultural patient population. Qualified candidates must also be able to collaborate and successfully work in an acute, fast-paced, multidisciplinary team based environment. Previous employment in an academic, safety net system is a plus.
