Job summary

ADVENT in South Bend, IN is hiring a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to provide office-based medical care under physician supervision. You will evaluate patients, address both short- and long-term needs, and educate patients to manage their health.

Applicants should hold an active PA or NP license with family/adult certification, have 2–3 years of experience, and be ready to work in a clinic setting with ENT procedures. The schedule features daytime hours and a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program with board certification in family or adult care.
• Minimum of 2–3 years experience as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner.
• Current IN licensure.
• Exceptional multitasking skills and collaboration with colleagues.
• Interest in ENT services and procedures.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered medical care under supervision of physicians.
• Assess immediate and long-term patient care needs.
• Listen to patients’ concerns and deliver root-cause solutions.
• Conduct evaluations via interviews, exams, and medical histories.
• Educate and empower patients to take charge of their health.
• Assist with in-office procedures as needed.
