Job summary

ADVENT is seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our Hendersonville clinic, with duties in Franklin and South Nashville clinics as needed. You will guide patients through their treatment journey, delivering simple, effective, office-based care to help them breathe freely.

You will perform patient evaluations, educate patients, and assist with in-office ENT procedures under physician supervision, contributing to a patient-first healthcare experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program with board certification in family or adult care.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner.
• Current Tennessee licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered medical care under supervision of physicians.
• Assess both immediate and long-term patient care needs.
• Listen to patients' concerns and deliver root-cause solutions.
• Conduct patient evaluations through interviews, exams, and histories.
• Educate and empower patients to take charge of their health.
• Assist with in-office ENT procedures as needed.

As a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner, you’ll play a key role in guiding patients through their treatment journey by delivering simple, effective, office-based care that helps them breathe freely.

What You’ll Do:

• Actively listen to patients’ concerns and deliver root-cause solutions
• Conduct patient evaluations through interviews, physical exams, and detailed medical histories
• Educate and empower patients to take charge of their health
• Assist with in-office procedures, as needed

What You Bring:

• Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Program with board certification in family or adult care
• Minimum of 2-3 years experience as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
• Current TN licensure
• Exceptional multitasking skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with your colleagues
• A strong commitment to customer service and outstanding communication abilities
• An interest in ENT services and procedures
• A valid driver's license is required
• Work in our Hendersonville Clinic, ability to help in nearby clinics, as needed
