Job summary

Advent in South Bend, IN is seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to provide office-based care under physician supervision, focusing on ENT services. This role sits in our South Bend Clinic with some coverage in Goshen as needed.

The ideal candidate has board certification in family or adult care, 2–3 years experience, Indiana licensure, strong communication and patient-service mindset, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Program with board certification in family or adult care.
• Minimum of 2-3 years experience as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner.
• Current Indiana licensure.
• Exceptional multitasking skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with your colleagues.
• A strong commitment to customer service and outstanding communication abilities.
• An interest in ENT services and procedures.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• Work in our South Bend Clinic, ability to help in Goshen as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered medical care under the supervision of our experienced physicians.
• Assess both immediate and long-term patient care needs.
• Actively listen to patients’ concerns and deliver root-cause solutions.
• Conduct patient evaluations through interviews, physical exams, and detailed medical histories.
• Educate and empower patients to take charge of their health.
• Assist with in-office procedures, as needed.
