Job summary

ADVENT in South Bend is hiring a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to guide patients through their treatment journey with office-based care. You’ll deliver patient-centered care under physician supervision, assess needs, and empower patients to take charge of their health.

This position offers a Monday-Thursday schedule, no nights or weekends, strong benefits including PTO, holidays, CEU opportunities, and 401k match, with potential to assist at Goshen clinic as needed.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Program with board certification in family or adult care.
• Minimum of 2-3 years experience as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner.
• Current IN licensure.
• Exceptional multitasking skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
• Strong commitment to customer service and outstanding communication abilities.
• Interest in ENT services and procedures.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• Work in our South Bend Clinic, with ability to help in Goshen as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assess both immediate and long-term patient care needs
• Actively listen to patients’ concerns and deliver root-cause solutions
• Conduct patient evaluations through interviews, physical exams, and detailed medical histories

• Assist with in-office procedures, as needed
