Job summary

Westchester Medical Center Health Network is seeking a Physician Assistant to join the Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery (MIGS) service in the Women’s Health Department. The PA will work with MDs and APPs, managing a broad range of Gynecology patients and performing perioperative visits, with autonomy in a collaborative setting.

The ideal candidate is board certified (PA-C) with NY license, has at least 2 years of ambulatory GYN experience (new grads considered), and holds BLS/ACLS.

Qualifications

• Board Certified PA-C with NY license.
• Minimum 2 years of ambulatory GYN experience; new graduates considered.
• Excellent communication skills and strong clinical judgment; able to work in a high-acuity multidisciplinary team.
• BLS and ACLS required.

Responsibilities

• See patients independently for annual GYN visits, follow ups, urgent visits, and post-op visits.
• Evaluate, diagnose, treat, and follow patients with diverse Gyn-onc diagnoses.
• Perform procedural visits (IUDs, endometrial biopsies, bladder instillations, trigger point injections).
• Provide operative assist for Robotic and Laparoscopic surgeries at multiple sites.
