Responsibilities

• Orders, performs, interprets diagnostics and prescribes interventions.
• Provides health promotion, disease prevention and management counseling.
• Works within an interdisciplinary team with appropriate referrals when needed.
• Maintains accurate EMR documentation and compliant coding/billing.
• Facilitates coordinated care and clear communication among care teams.
• Performs procedures within scope of practice and granted privileges.
• Participates in quality, safety, and peer review activities and meetings.
• Educates and onboards new team members and staff.
• Maintains productivity standards and quality metrics; addresses age-specific needs.
