Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and manage treatment plans appropriate for age, acuity, and condition.
• Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic studies and pharmacologic interventions.
• Provide health promotion, disease prevention, and patient-family education.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and refer to physicians as needed.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation and compliant coding/billing.
• Support care coordination and effective communication among healthcare team.
