Job summary

Brio Living Services is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant for the Thome PACE program in Jackson, MI. The role supports an interdisciplinary team caring for medically complex older adults with a schedule Monday–Friday, 8am–4:30pm, no holidays or weekends.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program.
• Current Michigan Physician Assistant licensure required.
• Current NCCPA certification.
• Current Michigan Controlled Substance License and DEA registration.

Responsibilities

• Perform health histories, physical exams, and patient education.
• Order, interpret, and follow-up on lab tests and results.
• Assess, diagnose, treat, and coordinate participant care.
• Initiate and evaluate orders for medications and treatments.
