Brio Living Services in Holland, MI is seeking a full-time Medical Assistant to support the Participant Care team within the PACE program. The role provides hands-on clinical support across the adult day center, outpatient clinic, participant homes, and long-term care settings while ensuring HIPAA compliance and high-quality care.

You will join an interdisciplinary team to deliver compassionate, participant-centered care to adults 55+ in a dynamic, community-based environment.

Qualifications

• Current Medical Assistant certification in the State of Michigan from an accredited program.
• Prior experience with phlebotomy.
• One year of experience working with the frail elderly, long-term care population or end-of-life care, preferred.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Support: Collaborate with CNAs, nurses, and medical providers to meet patient care needs; Take medical histories, obtain vital signs, and room patients for examinations; Collect and prepare laboratory specimens and assist with minor procedures; Complete and/or assist with procedures appropriate for scope of practices including but not limited to EKGs, ear flushes, and hearing screens; Administer medications and immunizations as directed by a provider.
