Job summary

OnePeak Medical is seeking a passionate Physician Assistant to join our primary care functional medicine team in Oregon. You will deliver comprehensive medical services, build lasting patient relationships, and work with a high-functioning care team to optimize health outcomes.

The role emphasizes root-cause, functional medicine with no nights or weekends, a four-day work week, and robust clinical support including medical assistant and scribe.

Qualifications

• Active Oregon license as a Certified Physician Assistant (or eligibility to obtain).
• Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Strong interest in preventive, functional, and lifestyle medicine.
• Excellent communication and patient relationship skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Proficient in using electronic health records.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care through office visits and telehealth.
• Perform comprehensive assessments, order/interpret labs and imaging, diagnose conditions.
• Develop personalized treatment plans including lifestyle interventions, supplements, hormones, and prescriptions.
• Educate and empower patients on preventive health and functional medicine principles.
• Collaborate with health coaches, nutritionists, mental health providers, and clinical staff.
• Document visits in the EHR in a timely, compliant manner.
• Participate in team meetings, quality improvement, and training sessions.
• Support clinic operations with a positive, team-oriented environment.
