Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred; functional/integrative medicine experience is a plus.
• Comfortable using electronic health records, preferably NextGen.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build patient relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care through office visits, telehealth, and same-day appointments.
• Perform comprehensive assessments, order labs/imaging, and diagnose conditions.
• Collaborate with health coaches, nutritionists, and mental health providers.

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Medical Provider to join our growing team. With over 20 clinics across Oregon and growing, we’re seeking passionate Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to deliver functional, patient-centered primary care.

Compensation

Guaranteed salary with earning potential of $300k+, relocation offered

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide direct patient care through office visits, telehealth, and occasional same-day appointments
• Perform comprehensive assessments, order and interpret labs/imaging, and diagnose acute and chronic conditions
• Develop personalized treatment plans that may include lifestyle interventions, supplements, hormone therapies, and prescriptions
• Educate and empower patients on preventive health and functional medicine principles
• Collaborate with internal health coaches, nutritionists, mental health providers, and clinical support staff
• Document visits in the EHR (NextGen) in a timely and compliant manner
• Participate in team meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and training sessions
• Support clinic operations by contributing to a positive, team-oriented environment

Required Qualifications

• Active Oregon license as a Certified Physician Assistant (or eligibility to obtain)
• Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
