Job summary

OnePeak Medical in Southern Oregon clinics is seeking a passionate Medical Provider. You will provide comprehensive medical services, build lasting patient relationships, and collaborate with a high-functioning care team to drive optimal health outcomes.

The role offers a supportive environment, a 4-day work week with no nights or weekends, and dedicated clinical support including medical assistant and scribe. Oregon PA license and board certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Oregon license as a Certified Physician Assistant (or eligibility to obtain).
• Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Strong interest in preventive, functional, and lifestyle medicine.
• Excellent communication and patient relationship skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Proficient in using electronic health records.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care through office visits, telehealth, and occasional same-day appointments.
• Perform comprehensive assessments, order and interpret labs/imaging, and diagnose acute and chronic conditions.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that may include lifestyle interventions, supplements, hormone therapies, and prescriptions.
• Educate and empower patients on preventive health and functional medicine principles.
• Collaborate with internal health coaches, nutritionists, mental health providers, and clinical support staff.
• Document visits in the EHR in a timely and compliant manner.
• Participate in team meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and training sessions.
• Support clinic operations by contributing to a positive, team-oriented environment.
