Job summary

OnePeak Medical in Oregon is seeking a passionate Medical Provider (PA) to join our growing team. You will deliver direct patient care through office visits and telehealth, develop personalized treatment plans, and collaborate with a high-functioning care team to improve health outcomes.

This role features a guaranteed salary with earning potential of $300k+ and relocation assistance, a four-day work week with no nights or weekends, robust clinical support, and a comprehensive benefits package

Qualifications

• Active Oregon PA license or eligible to obtain
• Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Interest in preventive, functional, and lifestyle medicine
• Excellent communication and patient relations
• Ability to work in fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Proficient in using EHR

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care through office visits and telehealth
• Order and interpret labs/imaging
• Develop personalized treatment plans including lifestyle interventions
• Educate patients on preventive health and functional medicine
• Collaborate with health coaches, nutritionists, mental health providers, and staff
• Document visits in the EHR timely
• Participate in team meetings and quality improvement initiatives
• Support clinic operations with a positive, team-oriented environment
