Qualifications

• Active Oregon license as a Certified Physician Assistant (or eligibility to obtain).
• Strong interest in preventive, functional, and lifestyle medicine.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care through office visits, telehealth, and occasional same-day appointments.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that may include lifestyle interventions and prescriptions.
• Collaborate with internal health coaches and clinical support staff.

Skills

Excellent communication and patient relationship skills

Proficient in using electronic health records

Strong interest in preventive, functional, and lifestyle medicine

Education

Active Oregon license as a Certified Physician Assistant

Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
