This full-time role offers swing shifts from 2–7pm with on-call duties 7am–7pm, a competitive base salary up to $145,000, uncapped bonus potential, and a comprehensive benefits package with ongoing mentorship and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• PA-C license required or eligible to obtain.
• Training and mentorship available for all experience levels.
• Interest in geriatrics, internal medicine, or primary care is essential.
• Strong teamwork and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical exams and review medical histories.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests (labs, imaging).
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions.
• Prescribe medications and create treatment plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and facility staff.

What You’ll Do:

As a Physician Assistant (PA-C), you will be a key clinical provider in a skilled nursing facility, diagnosing, treating, and guiding patients to better health. No two days are the same!
