Inova-GoHealth Urgent Care is seeking a dedicated Physician Assistant for a full-time opportunity at our Northern Virginia locations. This salaried role offers an hourly-equivalent rate of $69.00–$77.00 per hour, based on experience, location, and FTE status, with bonus opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.

The successful candidate will provide high-quality, patient-centered urgent care in a collaborative, fast-paced environment while making a meaningful impact in the community.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of full-time experience in Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine.
• BLS & ACLS Certification.
• Licensed FNP or PA in Virginia; DEA License.
• Signed Practice Agreement and Scope of Practice/Protocol.

Education

NP: Master's in Advanced Clinical Practice or post-master's certificate program

PA: Graduate of accredited PA program and NCCPA certification

Compensation Range

This position is paid on a salaried basis; however, the equivalent hourly rate ranges from $69.00 to $77.00 per hour, depending on experience, location, and FTE status. Total compensation may also include bonus opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.

Job Summary

Inova-GoHealth Urgent Care is looking for dedicated and compassionate Physician Assistants to join our expanding team. We currently have a Full-time opportunity available at are Northern Virginia locations. At this time we do not have any PRN openings.

Full ‑Time Schedule Overview

• Total Shifts: 3- 12 hour shifts and every other weekend
• Shift Length: 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM (12 hours each)
