Premise Health Inc. in Helena, MT is seeking a Full-Time Physician Assistant to provide care to client employees and dependents in our Health Center. Schedule is 8:00am-6:00pm, Tue–Fri, offering strong work/life balance.

Responsibilities include exams, procedures, care plans, education, diagnostics, referrals, and maintaining health records. Requires NCCPA, ARC-PA accredited degree, DEA license, and 3+ years in ambulatory/occupational health or related settings. Competitive benefits available.

Qualifications

• Maintain state licenses and certifications to practice.
• Maintain Board of Pharmacy Prescribing License (if applicable).
• Current NCCPA national certification required.
• Degree from ARC-PA accredited program.
• Federal DEA license (matching each state of practice as applicable).
• Current certification with hands-on training in BLS; ACLS may be required depending on scope.
• At least three years of clinical experience as a Physician Assistant in ambulatory care, occupational health, family practice or emergency department setting.

• Develops patient care plans, records progress, and ensures continuity of care.
• Educates patients on treatment plans, health maintenance, growth and development.
• Orders and interprets diagnostic tests to assess clinical conditions.
• Collaborates with physicians and healthcare teams for comprehensive care.
• Prescribes or recommends treatments, including medications and therapies.
• Refers patients to specialists or physicians as needed.
• Maintains patient health records to ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation and records.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
