• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional, organized with persuasive writing and speaking.

Responsibilities

• Review and respond to customers within 1-2 hours of submission.
• Work during pre-scheduled hours; schedules set ~30 days in advance.
• Engage with attending physicians to discuss status with documentation.
• Provide written analysis of cases and perform case reviews across specialties.
