Med Source Consultants seeks a Urology physician for a locum tenens hospitalist role in Richland, WA. 7 on/7 off, 7am–7pm shifts, 12 guaranteed hours/day and 15 encounters/shift; minimum 14 shifts/month. WA license or IMLC required; DEA, BLS, ACLS mandatory.

Candidates must be Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years and perform extensive urology procedures, including robotic and ESWL, with potential permanent staff transition by mutual agreement.

Opportunity: Physician - Urology

Job Details:

• Urology Hospitalist role working a 7 on/7 off schedule with inpatient coverage and overnight beeper call
• Shift times are 7am-7pm with 12 guaranteed hours per day and 15 patient encounters per shift
• Minimum of 14 shifts required per month
• Active Washington State license or IMLC required
• Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years required
• DEA registration required
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• 150 Urology Surgery Case Logs required for privileges
• Credentialing timeframe approximately 90 days
• Must perform a wide range of urology procedures including Ureteroscopy with laser and Shockwave lithotripsy
• General adult urology skills required
• Advanced endoscopic techniques required
• Laparoscopic surgeries required
• Percutaneous nephrolithotomy required
• Ureteroscopy required
• Radical cystectomy with ileo-loop conduit required
• Radical prostatectomy required
• Nephrectomy required
• Prostatectomy required
• Pelvic node dissection required
• Robotic surgery required, including partial nephrectomies with intraoperative ultrasound

Compensation:
