Locums in Richland, WA is seeking an experienced inpatient urology physician for locum tenens coverage at a Level II hospital using Epic EMR.

The assignment features 7a-7p shifts on a 7 on/7 off rotation, 20-minute call response, and overnight beeper call 7p-7a, with travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance provided. There is potential for a permanent position.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient urology coverage during scheduled 12-hour shifts (7am – 7pm) on a 7 on/7 off rotation.
• Take overnight beeper call as part of the rotation, managing urology consults and emergencies.
• Perform a wide range of urology procedures including ureteroscopy with laser, shockwave lithotripsy, laparoscopic and robotic surgeries, and endourologic interventions.
• Manage a diverse adult patient population, addressing both General Urology and complex oncologic cases.
• Collaborate with facility staff and support team to ensure continuity of care, with potential for transition to permanent position.
