Job Details

• Urology Hospitalist role working a 7 on/7 off schedule with inpatient coverage and overnight beeper call
• Shift times are 7am-7pm with 12 guaranteed hours per day and 15 patient encounters per shift
• Minimum of 14 shifts required per month
• Active Washington State license or IMLC required
• Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years required
• DEA registration required
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• 150 Urology Surgery Case Logs required for privileges
• Credentialing timeframe approximately 90 days
• Must perform a wide range of urology procedures including Ureteroscopy with laser and Shockwave lithotripsy
• General adult urology skills required
• Advanced endoscopic techniques required
• Laparoscopic surgeries required
• Percutaneous nephrolithotomy required
• Ureteroscopy required
• Radical cystectomy with ileo-loop conduit required
• Radical prostatectomy required
• Nephrectomy required
• Prostatectomy required
• Pelvic node dissection required
• Robotic surgery required, including partial nephrectomies with intraoperative ultrasound
• Adrenalectomy required
• Renal and bladder ultrasound with biopsy required
