Job summary

BAS HealthCare in Richland, WA seeks two Board Certified Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioners in Urology for long-term locum tenens starting November 2026. You will cover outpatient urology clinics and surgical first assisting, 40 hours weekly, Monday–Friday, with 1:4 call.

WA license or IMLC, DEA and BLS required, board certification essential. Credentialing ~90 days. Housing assistance available. Expect ~22 patient encounters per shift and at least one surgery day weekly.

Qualifications

• Board Certified - Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner - Urology
• Outpatient urology and surgical first assisting experience are both required
• Active Washington State license or IMLC required
• Board certification required
• Active DEA required
• BLS certification required
• Estimated credentialing timeframe of 90 days
• Long-term housing assistance available with pre-approval

Responsibilities

• Coverage includes both outpatient urology clinic and surgical first assisting responsibilities
• Monday through Friday clinic hours from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (or 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM) with a one-hour unpaid lunch
• 1:4 call coverage responsibilities including overnight weeknight beeper call and 24-hour weekend beeper call
• Full-time commitment of 40 hours per week with 8 guaranteed hours per day
• Approximately 22 patient encounters per shift
• Providers will assist in surgeries at least one day per week
