Shift Details

• Schedule: Standard 8‑hour shifts with 24‑hour call coverage
• Typical Clinic Hours: 0800‑1700, Monday to Friday
• On‑Call Requirements: 7 days of unrestricted call per month

Workload and Expectations

• If the provider is on call during the week, they will maintain an adjusted schedule of 3 clinic days and 1 OR day to ensure adequate rest.
• If not on call, the schedule will typically involve 4 clinic days and 1 OR day.

Clinical Environment

• Privileges Required: Both inpatient and outpatient settings
• Inpatient Capacity: 122 beds
• Patient Volume: Average of 18 patients per day
• Procedures: Must be proficient in standard urological procedures across both clinic and surgical settings.

Documentation Requirements

• Candidates must present a case log detailing 100 urological procedures completed within the past 24 months, including diagnosis or procedure, dates, and the name of the performing facility.

Collaborative Practice

There will be collaboration with other specialists.

Licensure and Certification

• State License: Active Washington State license is mandatory.
• Certifications Required: Candidates must be board certified and possess current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
