Opportunity Overview

Shift Details

• Schedule: Standard 8-hour shifts with 24-hour call coverage
• Typical Clinic Hours: 0800-1700, Monday to Friday
• On-Call Requirements: 7 days of unrestricted call per month

Workload and Expectations

• If the provider is on call during the week, they will maintain an adjusted schedule of 3 clinic days and 1 OR day to ensure adequate rest.
• If not on call, the schedule will typically involve 4 clinic days and 1 OR day.

Clinical Environment

• Privileges Required: Both inpatient and outpatient settings
• Inpatient Capacity: 122 beds
• Patient Volume: Average of 18 patients per day
• Procedures: Must be proficient in standard urological procedures across both clinic and surgical settings.

Documentation Requirements

• Candidates must present a case log detailing 100 urological procedures completed within the past 24 months. The list should include diagnosis or procedure, dates, and the name of the performing facility.

Collaborative Practice

• There will be collaboration with other specialists.

Licensure and Certification

• State License: Active Washington State license is mandatory.
• Certifications Required: Candidates must be board certified and possess current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
