Job summary

McLaren in Michigan seeks a physician to examine patients, obtain histories, order and interpret tests, and provide appropriate medical or surgical treatment. The role involves educating patients on wellness and early detection, and referring to specialists as needed.

The physician must hold a current Michigan medical license, obtain and maintain hospital privileges, and have board certification where required.

Qualifications

• Current Michigan license to practice medicine.
• Obtain and maintain medical staff privileges at appropriate subsidiary hospital(s).
• Board certification in area of specialty, where required.

• Exercises sound medical judgment in all issues pertinent to medical diagnosis and treatment on each patient’s behalf.
