Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required and ability to follow instructions.
• Strong communication and customer service skills with patients of all ages.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinic environment while following HIPAA rules.
• Ability to work collaboratively with therapists, front desk staff, and teammates.
• Reliable attendance and consistent daytime availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and escort to treatment areas with a staff member.
• Guide patients through exercise programs as directed by the therapist.
• Set up and take down modalities (heat, ice, e-stim, Game Ready, Normatec).
• Clean and sanitize treatment tables, equipment, and rooms between patients.
• Keep clinic stocked, organized, and manage laundry/restocking supplies.
• Anticipate therapist and patient needs and assist where needed.
• Support front desk during downtime and protect patient privacy per HIPAA.
