Job summary

Team Rehabilitation Physical Therapy in Michigan is seeking a friendly, entry-level therapy aide to support therapists and welcome patients for daily sessions. You will assist with non-clinical tasks, guide patients through light exercises, and help educate patients on safe equipment use.

No prior experience is required, and we value excellent communication and a patient-centered approach. This role sits within a therapist-owned network with growth potential and flexible scheduling to support

Responsibilities

• Welcome and prepare patients for therapy sessions.
• Assist therapists with non‑clinical tasks and patient support.
• Guide patients through light exercises and strengthening techniques.
• Educate patients on safe and correct use of equipment.
• Apply therapeutic modalities (heat/ice packs, electrical stimulation) as directed.
• Help patients walk safely between areas of the clinic.
• Keep treatment areas clean, organized, and sanitized.
• Communicate with patients, therapists, and other staff to ensure smooth care.
• Observe and report any patient progress or concerns to the Physical Therapist.
