Job summary

Team Rehab is a therapist-owned network of outpatient clinics dedicated to delivering excellent patient outcomes across multiple states. We are looking for a friendly, dependable team member to support therapists and patients in our Wisconsin clinics.

No prior experience required; strong communication and teamwork are valued. This role emphasizes patient safety, proper equipment use, and collaborative care within a inclusive work culture.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Friendly, professional, and dependable.
• Interest in physical therapy or healthcare is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and prepare patients for therapy sessions.
• Assist therapists with non-clinical tasks and patient support.
• Guide patients through light exercises and strengthening techniques.
• Educate patients on safe and correct use of equipment.
• Apply therapeutic modalities (heat/ice packs, electrical stimulation) as directed.
• Help patients walk safely between areas of the clinic.
• Keep treatment areas clean, organized, and sanitized.
• Communicate with patients, therapists, and other staff to ensure smooth care.
• Observe and report any patient progress or concerns to the Physical Therapist.
