Job summary

Team Rehabilitation Physical Therapy in Michigan is seeking an entry‑level clinic support role. You will welcome patients, assist therapists, and guide patients through simple exercises while ensuring safety and cleanliness throughout the clinic.

Qualifications include excellent verbal and written communication, a friendly, dependable attitude, and an interest in healthcare. Prior experience is not required, and the team values diversity and inclusion.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and prepare patients for therapy sessions.
• Assist therapists with non‑clinical tasks and patient support.
• Guide patients through light exercises and strengthening techniques.
• Educate patients on safe and correct use of equipment.
• Apply therapeutic modalities (heat/ice packs, electrical stimulation) as directed.
• Help patients walk safely between areas of the clinic.
• Keep treatment areas clean, organized, and sanitized.
• Communicate with patients, therapists, and other staff to ensure smooth care.
• Observe and report any patient progress or concerns to the Physical Therapist.
