Job summary

Team Rehab is a therapist-owned network of outpatient clinics that serves Michigan, Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, and Georgia. We’re seeking a patient-facing role to welcome patients, support therapists, and guide light exercises while ensuring safety and cleanliness across the clinic.

No prior experience required; strong communication and dependability are valued as you contribute to positive patient outcomes and a collaborative care environment.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or education required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Interest in physical therapy or healthcare is a plus.
• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Friendly, professional, and dependable.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and prepare patients for therapy sessions.
• Assist therapists with non-clinical tasks and patient support.
• Guide patients through light exercises and strengthening techniques.
• Educate patients on safe and correct use of equipment.
• Apply therapeutic modalities (heat/ice packs, electrical stimulation) as directed.
• Help patients walk safely between areas of the clinic.
• Keep treatment areas clean, organized, and sanitized.
• Communicate with patients, therapists, and other staff to ensure smooth care.
• Observe and report any patient progress or concerns to the Physical Therapist.
