Job summary

Team Rehab is seeking a friendly, customer-focused team member to support therapists in its Michigan outpatient clinics. You will greet patients, prepare treatment spaces, and assist with non-clinical tasks to keep care running smoothly.

No prior experience required; strong communication and reliability are valued, and interest in physical therapy is a plus. The company emphasizes a supportive culture with opportunities for growth, equity, and flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and prepare patients for therapy sessions.
• Assist therapists with non‑clinical tasks and patient support.
• Guide patients through light exercises and strengthening techniques.
• Educate patients on safe and correct use of equipment.
• Apply therapeutic modalities (heat/ice packs, electrical stimulation) as directed.
• Help patients walk safely between areas of the clinic.
• Keep treatment areas clean, organized, and sanitized.
• Communicate with patients, therapists, and other staff to ensure smooth care.
• Observe and report any patient progress or concerns to the Physical Therapist.
