Job summary

Team Rehabilitation Physical Therapy in Wauconda, IL, is seeking an entry-level Patient Support Aide to welcome patients, assist therapists with non-clinical tasks, and help guide patients through light exercises in a busy outpatient setting.

No prior experience required; strong communication, reliability, and a positive, patient-focused attitude are essential. The role offers a friendly team, on-site scheduling, and opportunities to learn in a clinical environment with room for growth.

Responsibilities

• Apply therapeutic modalities (heat/ice packs, electrical stimulation) as directed.
• Help patients walk safely between areas of the clinic.
• Keep treatment areas clean, organized, and sanitized.
• Communicate with patients, therapists, and other staff to ensure smooth care.
• Observe and report any patient progress or concerns to the Physical Therapist.
