• Providing excellent customer service and encouragement.
• Following the therapist’s plan of care.
• Assisting with non-clinical tasks to support patient success.
• Educating patients on equipment use for safety.
• Assisting with light exercises and modalities.
• Helping patients with mobility and safety.
• Maintaining communication with all involved in patient care.
• Keeping treatment areas clean and organized.
• Following all procedures and regulations.
• Maintaining productivity and documenting progress.

Other Tasks

The Technician reports to the clinic director and performs additional tasks as assigned.
