Team Rehab is a network of therapist-owned outpatient physical therapy clinics in Michigan, Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, and Georgia. Responsibilities

The Physical Therapy Technician plays a vital role in patient recovery by providing support to ensure patients meet their therapy goals. Key responsibilities include:

• Welcoming and comforting patients to prepare them for therapy
• Providing excellent customer service and encouragement
• Following the established care plan
• Supporting therapists with non-clinical tasks
• Educating patients on equipment use
• Assisting with light exercises and modalities
• Ensuring patient safety during mobility
• Communicating effectively with patients, staff, and physicians
• Maintaining a clean and organized treatment environment
• Adhering to all procedures and regulations
• Monitoring and recording patient progress

Qualifications
