Job summary

Team Rehab in Georgia is seeking an entry-level therapy support role to welcome and assist patients in outpatient clinics. You will support licensed therapists, guide patients through gentle exercises, and help with equipment and safety in a clinical setting.

No prior experience is required, and candidates with interest in healthcare or physical therapy are encouraged to apply. This position offers opportunities to grow within a therapist-owned network and participate in a supportive team

Qualifications

• No prior experience or education required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Interest in physical therapy or healthcare is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and prepare patients for therapy sessions.
• Assist therapists with non-clinical tasks and patient support.
• Guide patients through light exercises and strengthening techniques.
• Educate patients on safe and correct use of equipment.
• Apply therapeutic modalities (heat/ice packs, electrical stimulation) as directed.
• Help patients walk safely between areas of the clinic.
• Keep treatment areas clean, organized, and sanitized.
• Communicate with patients, therapists, and other staff to ensure smooth care.
• Observe and report any patient progress or concerns to the Physical Therapist.
