Encompass Health is seeking a Physical Therapy Team Leader to guide a dynamic PT team in a hospital setting. You will support the Director of Therapy Operations with scheduling, orientation, and staff training while delivering compassionate patient care and helping drive positive outcomes across the rehabilitation program.

The role requires a state license, CPR, and a minimum of three years in PT or leadership with two years of clinical experience.

Qualifikationen

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire within this role.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited therapy program required.
• Minimum of three years of experience in physical therapy or leadership, with a minimum of two years of clinical experience.
• Active on Therapy Clinical Ladder (when eligible) or specialty professional certifications preferred.

• Assisting the Director of Therapy Operations in daily operations of the therapy team, including scheduling, orientation, training, and communication with staff and hospital departments.
• Providing direct care to patients and building rewarding relationships by understanding each patient's physical, mental, and emotional needs to aid in their recovery.
