Encompass Health is seeking a Physical Therapy Team Leader to guide daily operations, lead a dedicated PT team, and ensure high-quality patient care in a collaborative hospital setting.

Ideal candidate has 3+ years in physical therapy or leadership, state PT licensure, and CPR certification. A Bachelor's or Master's in PT is required, with Therapy Clinical Ladder or advanced certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensed or registered as a Physical Therapist per state requirements.
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited therapy program.
• Minimum of three years of experience in physical therapy or leadership, with at least two years of clinical experience.
• Active on Therapy Clinical Ladder (when eligible) or specialty certifications preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Director of Therapy Operations in daily therapy team operations: scheduling, orientation, training, and cross-department communication.
• Provide direct patient care and build rewarding relationships to support recovery and outcomes.
• Celebrate patient victories and drive compassionate, personalized care throughout the patient journey.
