Job summary

JAG Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist Aide to act as the liaison between patients and the Physical Therapist, guiding patients from arrival to departure and ensuring a positive experience.

As part of a care-first outpatient orthopedic team with 150+ facilities, you’ll contribute to a supportive environment, assist with daily operations, and collaborate with staff to deliver quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Flexibility and adaptability to fluid situations.

• Ability to work as part of a team and independently with minimal supervision.
• Maintains a positive, professional demeanor at all times.

Responsibilities

• Call patients into treatment from the waiting room.
• Maintain a clean facility throughout the day.
• Washing and drying laundry; ensure towels are clean and available.
• Work with others to ensure patients have a positive experience.
• Maintain a safe and orderly work environment.
• Able to answer phone calls and schedule patients as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
