Seneca Nation Health System is seeking a Physical Therapy Program Manager to oversee day-to-day PT operations, scheduling, and referrals management. You will coordinate with providers, payers, and ancillary departments to optimize service capacity and patient access.

The role emphasizes reducing administrative burden, maintaining HIPAA-compliant records, and driving quality care through process improvements and interdepartmental collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; healthcare administration or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in medical office operations, billing, referrals, or health administration.
• Experience with referrals, authorizations, scheduling, and HIPAA compliance desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily PT department operations and coordinate with CMO regarding goals and metrics.
• Maintain files, purchases requisitions, and staff evaluations; generate quarterly reports.
• Schedule PT appointments, manage visit types and capacity utilization.
• Coordinate and track insurance prior authorizations; communicate outcomes to providers and patients.
• Ensure accurate EHR data and assist in preventing claim denials with Billing.
• Serve as liaison among Physical Therapy, Medical, Billing, and external specialists.
