Job summary

Alliance PTP Partners seeks a Physical Therapy Clinic Director to launch or De Novo a new clinic in Lowell, MI. The ideal candidate will lead from the front, build referral networks, mentor staff, and ensure top clinical standards within a supportive, growth-focused environment.

You will develop relationships with physicians and community partners, manage operations, budgeting, and performance metrics while maintaining excellent patient care and compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Licensed Physical Therapist in the respective state.
• Preferably, at least four years of clinical experience.
• Demonstrated leadership mindset with a passion for building and growing a clinic.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to foster strong professional relationships.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and provide evidence-guided treatment to patients, ensuring high-quality care.
• Create individualized plans of care, monitor progress, and manage discharge processes.
• Complete all required documentation promptly and accurately.
• Take ownership of clinic success by leading from the front—supporting the team, maintaining clinical standards, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Lead and mentor clinic staff, fostering a positive and collaborative team atmosphere and aligning with culture and values.
• Oversee daily operations, including scheduling and staffing to support clinic efficiency.
• Assess clinic performance metrics and provide feedback for improvement.
• Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, athletic organizations, and community partners to enhance visibility.
• Engage in local networking and educational events to promote the clinic.
• Support budgeting and strategic planning for overall clinic performance.
