Job summary

Panther Physical Therapy seeks a Clinic Director to launch and lead a new PT clinic in Lowell, MI. This role blends clinical excellence with entrepreneurial growth, building referral networks and leading a dynamic team to deliver high-quality patient care.

You will develop operations, staffing, and budgeting plans, while mentoring staff, ensuring compliance, and expanding community partnerships. A DPT and state licensure are required, with prior leadership preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Licensed Physical Therapist in the respective state.
• Preferably at least four years of clinical experience.
• Demonstrated leadership mindset with a passion for building and growing a clinic.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to foster strong professional relationships.
• Basic understanding of clinic performance metrics and day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and provide evidence-guided treatment to patients, ensuring high-quality care.
• Create individualized plans of care, monitor progress, and manage discharge processes.
• Complete all required documentation promptly and accurately.
• Lead clinic staff, oversee scheduling and staffing needs to support clinic efficiency.
• Develop and maintain relationships with physicians and community partners to enhance clinic visibility.
• Support budgeting and participate in strategic planning for overall clinic performance.
