The Orthopaedic Center is seeking a highly motivated Physical Therapy Clinic Coordinator to lead clinical operations and patient care in a full-time capacity. The role emphasizes coordinating treatments and supporting management duties under the Director of Therapy.

Responsibilities include addressing staff and patient matters on site, collaborating with HR, and communicating with patients, TOC physicians and staff to ensure excellent orthopaedic care.

Formación

• HS/GED and degree from an accredited Physical or Occupational Therapy Program.
• Current Physical Therapy License in Alabama and CPR Certification.
• Capable of directing staff to create an engaging environment.
• Able to work under pressure with strong organization and writing skills.
• Independent, self-starting, and highly motivated with a teamwork mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Examine, plan and administer physical therapy treatments to referred patients.
• Fulfill management duties under supervision of the Director of Therapy.
• Aide positions at certain locations and address employee or patient matters on site.
• Work closely with HR and the Director of Therapy on cases requiring action.
• Communicate effectively with patients, TOC physicians and staff.
