Job summary

Orthopedic Physicians Alaska is seeking a Clinic Manager to lead a busy orthopedic therapy clinic, directing operations, staffing, patient access, and care quality. You will collaborate with PTs, OTs, assistants, physicians, and admin staff to foster a culture of clinical excellence and professional growth.

The role oversees scheduling, compliance, and performance with a focus on safe, effective patient care and financial outcomes, reporting to the Director of Therapy Services.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE- or ACOTE-accredited program.
• Current Alaska license in good standing for PT/PTA/OT/COTA.
• Demonstrated leadership and clinical growth focus.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily clinic operations and staff concerns, coordinating with leadership.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and onboarding processes for clinic personnel.
• Lead staff development, performance reviews, and CE adherence.
• Ensure clinical quality, documentation accuracy, and payer compliance.
• Maintain open communication with providers, patients, and payers.
