Job summary

Synectics Inc. seeks a Clinic Director to lead a growing outpatient clinic, overseeing care quality, patient experience, and operational performance. You’ll develop the clinical team and drive a positive, engaging culture while partnering with leadership on hiring, marketing, billing, and operations.

The role blends ongoing patient care with administrative leadership, overseeing an orthopedic caseload and coordinating with therapists and technicians to deliver high-value, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• The Clinic Director is responsible for running the clinic and overseeing the quality of care, patient experience, financial and operational performance, and development of the clinic team.
• Lead overall clinic performance and operations
• Ensure high-quality patient care and excellent patient experience
• Support and develop clinical staff
• Foster a positive and engaging team culture
• Collaborate with leadership and support teams on hiring, marketing, billing, and operations
• Identify challenges and help develop solutions
• Maintain a clinical caseload while managing administrative responsibilities
• The Clinic Director is responsible for running the clinic and overseeing the quality of care, patient experience, financial and operational performance, and development of the clinic team.

• General outpatient orthopedic caseload with a variety of ages and diagnoses
• One-on-one, individualized patient care
