Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to support licensed Physical Therapists in delivering patient-centered physical therapy. You will perform delegated procedures, adjust treatments within the established plan, and document patient progress while ensuring safety and compassionate care for all ages.

Qualifications

• Minimum of an Associate degree.
• Current license to practice as a Physical Therapist Assistant from the Arkansas State Board of Physical Therapy.
• Entry level experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Physical Therapist in providing physical therapy and related tasks as delegated.
• Document patient progress notes and report changes in patient status.
• Provide safe, effective therapy under supervision and coordinate workload in the department.
