Job summary

Corewell Health is seeking a part-time Physical Therapy Assistant to provide rehabilitation therapy under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist. You will assist with patient and caregiver education and contribute to a supportive care team at the Grand Rapids location.

The role requires an applicable PTA degree, MI PTA license on hire, and BLS certifications (AHA/ARC) within 90 days. A Driver’s license for MI is also required.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in PTA program.
• MI PTA license from State of Michigan upon hire.
• BLS certification (AHA) required within 90 days.
• BLS certification (ARC) required within 90 days.
• Driver's license MI needed upon hire.

• CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association 90 Days required Or
• CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC American Red Cross 90 Days required
• LIC-Driver's License - STATE_MI State of Michigan Home Care Business Lines Upon Hire required
