Job summary

Regional One Health seeks a dedicated Rehab Therapy team member to assist under the supervision of a Physical Therapist. You will prepare patients, implement treatment plans, and provide gait training and exercise guidance to support recovery.

The role includes documenting progress, coordinating with the care team, and ensuring patient safety and privacy in a compassionate setting. Training and supervision of students may be involved.

Responsibilities

• Prepares patients and performs treatment procedures per plan.
• Directs and coordinates individual treatments and exercises.
• Provides instruction to patients and families on devices and gait training.
• Maintains patient records and documentation per policy.
• Supports therapist and students during training.
• Ensures safe environment and adheres to HIPAA and safety policies.
